Course outcome 1: Apply evidence-based leadership skills and concepts in the planning of an executive-level practice change project. The goal was to come up with a nursing project that will be applied in the local setting of a healthcare service point and create change in the hospital that will e felt by the hospital and the patient largely. To achieve this goal, I identified the need to better the processes of admission and discharge at Chamberlin Hospital in bid to improve the experiences clients go through while seeking healthcare and also to improve the hospitals income as a result of increased numbers in the institution. 
Course outcome 2: Develop an evidence-based foundation to lead organizational change using current knowledge, standards of practice, and research from current literature. The goal is to mold the ability to identify, plan and undertake the different stages that are normal to developing a change project. This experienced gained in this process is ideal to the one required in real life to identify a challenge in the community and create a solution to the challenge. Through the different steps that are followed to come up with the finals of this project, I have been able to grasp the requirements to building a surviving project. 
Course outcome 3: Exemplify professional values and scholarship that support the role of a student in a practicum setting during the planning phases of a practice change project. The goal is to create a practicum that marries with the needs of the project and the guidelines of the project and ensure it has a well created communication plan. Communication in any project is the backbone to ensuring the integrity and the viability of the implementation plan. It also tests the ability to keep teams working together and remaining as productive as required. 
Course outcome 4: Apply evidence-based fiscal principles that contribute to the creation of a caring environment characterized by high quality, safe, patient-centered care. The goal is to consider a viable and easy to implement Evidence Based Plan for the execution of the project and create routes of feedback. This is made possible in the project process through the several schedules of meetings that have been put up to centralize the processes of the implementation. Through these feedback meetings, the EBP is tested and re-considered as to whether they are suitable for the execution or not.
Course outcome 5: Apply an evidence-based change theory to a project that results in practice change and positive organizational outcomes. The goal is to create a well evaluated project plan that is aligned properly with the designs of different theories of health and the theories of healthcare provision. The major reason is to bring forth an evidenced approach to solving the challenges in a healthcare set up. Through the different documentation and work up for the project, it is required to identify the protocols of nursing projects and the impact they have on the implementation of projects that result in changes. 
Course outcome 6: Assess personal level of nurse executive competencies. The goal of this course outcome is to create suitable nursing supervisors that can reliably be put in the place of management during the execution of a project and ensure it is completed successfully. The project engages different nursing groups in the process of implementation and in this way exposes them to the required magnitude of involvement in project development and management.
